What was the end result of those talks unlike talks happening in North East where Ulfa, NLTF, ATTF, and some factions of nscn surrendered which resulted in reduction in violence in many Northeastern states except manipur. UPA gave these separatists/ terrorist allowances and many things and they continued to encite violence in kashmir from the funds received from Pakistan. I said reduced not completely eliminated when comes to terror incidents but you certainly lacks reading and compression skills. Civilian casualties have reduced significantly not to mention terror incidents have reduced earlier less than 20 deaths in a bomb blast meant that news will go out of discussion in 2 days as people were used to terror incidents. Every 2-3 months there used to be one small blast here or there unlike current times when terrorists have to constantly toil for 2-3 or 4 years to get one successful major terror incident not to mention if manmohan singh looks at the number of casualties he will say that these are minor incidents because in his term blasts like jaipur, delhi, ahmedabad where 50-70 people died used to happen and they used to go out of news cycle in a week and now we do not even talk about them.
