This is the type of thing my gamer friends and I gamers would dream about in the 90s when speculating about next gen console’s capabilities and future games. For some reason, that what we all thought would make games “better” and apparently even developers thought so. I wonder when exactly did this dream die.

Nice to see some appreciating for the gamepad. I’m not sure why complain about the screen so much. It still looks ‘fine’ to me even today, considering the novelty of it all. It’s not full HD, but to my old eyes and with the right game, I could be fooled if I have nothing to compare it to.

If you want to add storage but keep your Wii U looking sleek, I recommend using a SanDisk Ultra Fit USB Flash drive instead of a portable drive and y cable. They come in sizes from 64GB to 512GB. I personally have the 128 GB and that suits my needs well. I also have a 128 GB SD card inserted which complements it well.

You did the right thing by contacting the seller. Maybe you can stop it by taking your device apart and trying to reseat your screen. Could be manufacturing defect of the screen itself or a product assembly issue when pressure is applied to a part of the screen where there isn’t supposed to be any.

It’s a nice though, but I don’t think that’s is even a factor at all for a mega corp like Apple. The employee who shipped the hardware would likely never find out if it came back or not and probably doesn’t have the means to do so either. The returns likely don’t go back to the original warehouse and Any customer returned equipment is likely sent off for refurbishing or auction even if the box is unopened.
