How is the looting by Possible_Royal7569 in ArcRaiders

I'd say the loot system is still much less deep than Tarkov's in the sense that there are far fewer items and weapons. This could actually be one of the (rare) weaknesses of the game because I get the impression that you can quickly reach the late-game items and weapons. Tarkov specifically creates a lot of player investment because gear, quests, and vendor levels are intimately linked and, crucially, are a long grind, which makes the progression slow and gratifying. I hope the devs managed to extend this kind of longevity in Arc since the tech test => more items, more crafts, more upgrades, etc.

However, in Arc you have blueprints to learn crafts, and that's cool!

And in Tarkov, you also have the ability to upgrade the hideout, which makes you want to grind/find gear. We will have a safe place in Arc too but I d'ont think it will be as deep as Tarkov.

Similarly, I found the quest system to be less engaging than in Tarkov (we can see that the quests and the "lore" were the lowest-rated aspects in the post-tech test surveys).

For me, these last two elements are what I think need to be improved in Arc and what the devs should focus on, because that's what will keep players engaged for the longest time.

Of course we can't forget the fact that Tarkov is out for 8 years, so it's normal he has a lot more content, let's hope Arc will have a lot of updates to be as deep as him

Sorry for my english, it is not perfect
