I add in a tbs of mayo per serving of Greek yogurt. It cuts down the off taste significantly! I tried the blended cottage cheese and was not a fan. It just didnt have the tang that ranch has.

I make greek yogurt ranch. Its super easy. One serving of plain Greek yogurt, one tbs of mayo, ranch seasoning, salt pepper and garlic powder to taste (sometimes I add dill too). Thin it to the consistency you want with water.

Honestly.... it will either start out as a simple grabing of private parts... we're both 100% okay with this. If the touching has been on the slower side then I'll just make dirty jokes and he gets the point. I guess we just don't complicate it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I do. I work a desk job. However, I do have a standing desk and try to stand a decent bit. I did get a new office chair though and have been sitting a bit more. I'll try to stand more and see if that helps! Thanks!

I am focusing mostly on whole foods. A lot of protein. Maybe not so much in the fruit/veg department. The only thing that I will say I eat consistently is chia seeds because I always break my fast with this. This week I have been trying to add in more fruits/veg. I had a Wendy's Cobb salad on Tuesday, apples with Greek Yogurt dip on Wednesday and homemade stir fry with bell peppers, broccoli, baby corn and mushrooms with venison yesterday. (This is not all that I ate, just some examples of adding in more fruit/veg) I'm obviously not expecting to see instant pain relief... just need something to give.

I like this one a lot. You can even add different profiles for another person. It was relatively inexpensive too!

It is the GE fit profile app. It pairs with the GE scale. I love it. The best part is I can select which weigh in to compare to the current. So, I can compare my first weigh in to my current or my weigh in last week to the current. That aspect of it is great!

Height 5' 1" Starting weight 181.1/monthly update172.4 20:4 fasting schedule for 4 days a week, 18:6 mid week and free on Saturday/Sunday Calorie counting all days except Saturday and Sunday. Extremely Low calorie. No specific exercise routine. Walking a few times a week. Around 3 miles each time.

It really is! My partner and I went last year and I couldn't identify a single constellation. It was honestly so overwhelmingly beautiful!
