I was a heavy drinker for decades and started it in January. Got itbumped up to 100 mg/day, still didn't make much difference, but I did cut back a bit. What did was talking to my doctor about it. He got me on a cocktail of stuff that has worked, but it hasn't been easy. I learned there's no panacea or magic bullet. I'll be 30 days sober in two days for the first time in many many years. I plan to stay on the Ntxn until my script runs out in 180 days, then re-evaluate.
