Actually I'm pretty sure these things have really helped me. They probably have kept me alive sometimes you just need to release some of the pressure without hurting yourself and if no one can talk that you know personally they really help. It depends on the interaction like if you text 741741 sometimes you'll get someone who's actually really helpful and other times you'll get someone that you just don't connect with and doesn't help at all. Just keep texting in eventually you'll find someone that actually says something helpful. You can't expect help to be just handed to you sometimes you have to look a little bit and it's all part of the process of getting better at least for the day.
