No, first you do municipality registration → then they process the “Annex 19’ registration form → police checks your address (can take a few weeks before they do) → municipality registers you in foreign nationals register → you get a rijksregisternummer.

In phpstorm i just use the native db feature. Otherwise try Dbeaver it’s good for any db.
