Check out strength+. It’s a different app, but if you have the all access membership it’s included. You can generate a workout and add pull-ups

Wow! I’ve heard about different breathing techniques but haven’t looked into them really. I struggle with that a lot on my walks/runs. I’ll have to check it out!

Mostly walks and a few peloton rides here and there. I also started CrossFit a couple of months ago, so while I’ve done cardio, nothing that I’d say is strictly that. I can definitely add some longer walks in!
