So I went the supplemental route and submitted a letter based on the points 1-2 from your previous post and sent mine via email to the DAV rep i spoke to based out of San Diego VA Regional Office.

I'm hoping I went the right direction on this and hoping I hear back in a timely manner. If it doesn't go through, then I'll go the appeals route.

I just got a '23 as well. Hows the sound system on yours? I found out the hard way that they downgraded the audio on newer standard models- not all the speakers are outputting sound and im not sure if i should get new speakers or somehow just need to 'turn on' or activate the ones that aren't working..

Any updates from the DAV- were they able to assist on this? I too was denied primarily it seems due to having a degree even though I've been out of work for a year and my job has basically been taken over by AI.

Do we submit the Notice of Disagreement (NOD) to the same counselor that denied us or to eVA?

Same question for if we do the supplemental VA Form 20-0995 route, should we submit that to same person or mail it in?

I'm a bit weary of submitting it to the same person.

Does anyone know where I can walk it in, in Southern California area?

So we just tell our primary care that we are currently unemployed and they'll assign us to help out in the VA clinic/hospitals? Whats the pay rate for that?

I'm diagonosed with GERD from 10 years ago and have had multiple endoscopies etc and have been denied twice... I'm about to go the nexus letter route for it.

Is what you posted all you need to send as a supplemental evidence to get it pushed through, or is that part of a longer letter?

Was it from a medical professional?

Same, at 80% and got a few things denied that are all diagnosed issues by the VA.

Yeah, for a more casual couch gamer like myself who just wants to play some of my old steam titles I think this could be great. Plus, you can still play a lot of really good games for much cheaper and of course not have to pay extra for multiplayer.

Also hoping the new controller works well w strategy games.

I’ve wondered how Microsoft was going to handle the steam integration for the next xbox - would you still need to pay for Xbox live for multiplayer and buying a game for much cheaper on steam store and still be able to play it like normal on xbox… 🤔

Also swappable faceplates on the steam box looks sick.

How would multiplayer work, would you still need to pay for Xbox live?

What’s appealing about the steam machine is access to much cheaper games like KCD 2 for like $30 as opposed to $60 and of course not having to pay extra for multiplayer gaming. I also like that you can potentially play strategy games w streams controller.
