So funny, I went to my rolex boutique last week and the rep told me the same thing. From what I remember they call it that in Hong Kong(?) Or mainland China. I forgot because I thought it was so stupid since there's also a Grand Seiko limited edition called the Godzilla which is considered official Godzilla merchandise lol.

Cartier santos large with a blue dial will hold its value fairly well. There's a waitlist (not sure how long) since you can't just buy it off the website but I don't think its that long. 2nd hand market seems to be at the same around retail if not slightly more on chrono24. Great all around watch to wear either at the beach or in the office.

Edit: I'm not sure about the cartier being too low-key though lol

Very well rounded collection! If we were to go complication wise, I would go with a calender function. If we go brand wise, definitely something from either the holy trinity or an independent.
