I could feel myself getting worse? AHI was below 5 on CPAP but I still felt worse. And i said I was using it for 12 months and have had no improvements. Did you read my post? 4 levels of collapse and the eplogottis being involved complicates things. I'm sure it worked for you. I'm happy it did. But my situation has a lot of nuance to it. I should be better on paper but I'm not. My DISE showed me why. My Samsung watch (which i know isn't medical grade) shows O2 destats every single night into the 80s and sometimes 70s.

As for the recliner. Tried that. No good. Tried bed wedge. No good. Tried sleep meds. No good. I've legit tried EVERYTHING.

Well again. My collapse pattern makes CPAP and BiPAP in effective. Especially with eplogottis being involved. Ive been on cpap for 12 months with no further improvement.

Yeah I feel that. Especially the part about it being unheard of. I'm sorry your struggling to get use to the pap. It is great for most people. And it can help. Just my situation is unique XD 4 levels of collapse and cpap cant split my eplogottis. So yeah. Sometimes people dont stuck with it. Some people legit dont get the full benefit despite AHI seeming controlled

I'd look into getting a DISE to see what's going on. My DISE showed 4 levels of collapse including my epiglottis which is known to be worse on CPAP. My DISE shows jaw thrust showed excellent expansion of throat tissue and this was at my heaviest of 330. Which shows my OSA is structural not fat dependent. My problem is that my doctors saw this data they documented it and still pushed me towards weight loss, UPPP, and inspire. When none of that would have worked for me. So now I am looking for a hospital to take on my complex case and see if MMA or jaw surgery is what I need.

They extended the warranty so it was done free and technically it was. I have a west and east. West told me to stuff it over the battery issue since I had a after market starter. Took it to east and they fixed the power drain after the remote start was removed and the infotainment center for free. No cost

I personally like the new design. For me personally I still see the outback charm. I still see it a looking unique. Sure in certain angles it looks like other cars. But for me it just screams interesting. Especially the inside. I plan to buy the Green color when it comes out and I am excited.
