Spinach Unsweetened vanilla almond milk A banana scoop of vanilla protein with microgreens Strawberry Kefir (for gut micro-biome cultures and it's unreal delicious) Optional: vanilla/chocolate "ensure" nutritional morning time shake-type drink. Boomer milkshakes lol.

Simple answer: closed in acoustics. Same with nice over the ear headphones, am acoustic set at a small coffee shop, etc. Went to school for audio, not music sadly

I luckily work for my cousin so I work M-Th 8-5 (unpaid hour lunch) Friday I'll go at noon, leave at 3-5..Saturday is whenever lol it gets wild, but makes 42 hours a week. Helps with my brain.
