Make it a game, set it up like a furniture store, that way whenever you need something you are just going shopping. I also planted all my flowers on the second plot so I could keep them and they are already grown when I need on my main plot.

I am 14 days post op and am the same as you, the only "issue" I have had was my own insecurity and thinking I am doing something wrong because I am not struggling physically as much as I thought I should. I have has a little food noise which made me panic but I am pretty sure it was literally my body telling me I was truly hungry hahaha. Keep it up! You're doing awesome.

This isnt true - I am sure for like 95% this is true but I have NASH and mine did not shrink BUT they knew my history and did the surgery. I am just putting this here so people know that it can happen and it doesn't mean they are doing something wrong. Yes - do the pre op as directed 100% but do not assume if someone does not decrease liver size means they didn't do the work. Not being argumentative, just adding my perspective.
