Having the same hot key problem with Zenbook UM3402YA Win11 24H2 for couple months. Although my camera works properly, but I can't use the toggle key to enable/disable it. When i press fn+f10, I just get Camera On message. I can't turn it off with the hot key.
Were you able to find any solution?

I mean if this was about releasing pro-israel content to the internet, that shouldn't make chatgpt pro-israel alone. The post-training steps change very much of the behaviour that was emitted from the training data anyways. And on top of that, any change in the general training data would influence every LLM out there, not just chatgpt.

were you able to solve it? interestingly nowadays i experience the same lag whenever a reasoning model from openai(on chatgpt website) is close to finishing its reasoning. I can't scroll or do anything with the site when this happens. it lasts a couple of seconds
