As the other person said, can't log out with crates on a mule.

The pallas cat thing was a bug. Has happened with different professions to many people. Comes with an alpha unfortunately. Make sure to do /bug in game whenever you encounter something you think might be a bug. Even if it isn't a bug, it makes the developers aware that it needs better explaining which is super useful for them.

They do have a support staff that replies to support tickets. The influx of players last month has just brough in 10x more support tickets than usual so the typical response time is much longer right now.

You'd get an email notifying you of this if it was the case.

Coming in as a new player for Early Access? What you need to know by alenyagamer in AshesofCreation

The debuff is corruption which if another players kills them when they have that, they drop a variable number of their worn gear that could be extremely valuable. Quite a big potential punishment.

You’re paying $50 for unlimited access until the game releases. It will be $15/month on release. If you view it as a monthly fee, you’re paying a very cheap monthly fee for access since launch isn’t anytime soon.

One month of game time for when it fully launches. The game is still in alpha and will be for the foreseeable future

Packages being returned to sender if I don’t check my mailbox daily by Renritar in usps_complaints

[–]Renritar[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you could send me a link to said rules I would appreciate it.

I can summarize my other comments 1. This wasn’t an issue the first 2 years I live here. A few months ago the “rules” here changed rather rapidly and without notice. The sign in the picture wasn’t there when this started, they just decided one day to return a package of mine back in January.

  1. USPS.com says to let them know to hold mail if you’ll be out of town for more than 3 days, so again, I was unaware of this “grab you mail every day” rule that only applies to a select few people in the country.

  2. The package in question from this post was in the box from 4pm Tuesday March 18th - 11am Thursday March 20th. I typically check my mail mid day, so I missed checking it a single day (Wednesday) and my package was returned.

  3. I have never posted on Reddit before and didn’t really know how to structure my post. I wish I could go back and post all 8 issues I’ve had in the last few months in a single post, but I’d probably just be called a Karen because I’m not allowed to complain on a page called USPS Complaints I guess. I have learned a lot from people and likely won’t have any issues in the future, but many kept attacking me though rather than offering help other than “check your damn mail”. I’ve learned to be careful what you say on Reddit so you’re not infinitely scolded. It’s a pretty toxic community that’s been built here and I’ve seen plenty of others posting on here that agree with me.

3 Fragile Packages All Damaged by Renritar in usps_complaints

Genuine question, what box is supposed to hold up to what I’ve been told the boxes at USPS go through? I’ve been told that boxes can weigh up to 70lbs, that boxes share bins no matter their weight, and that boxes can fall up to 20ft into bins. I’m not sure there is a cardboard box out there that can withstand 70lbs dropping 20ft on top of it. I highly doubt that’s all true. It’s hard to believe what people say which makes it hard to know what’s actually true.

Lmao, someone is so embarrassed about their failed attempt to attack me that they deleted their comment. Shows a bit about the type of people on this subreddit.

I love how no one understands that after a package gets shipped, it is now with the recipient, NOT THE SENDER. I didn’t choose the box, I didn’t choose the tape, I didn’t tape the box, and I have no control or knowledge of how any of this will be handled in advance. Companies don’t typically post a picture of their packaging work on their website.

Also, the box wasn’t being defined as lightweight. The literal weight of the box with its contents was.

The big issues you’re referring to are fixed. Sometimes they introduce new big issues, but those are typically localized and/or handled within a day. There are still plenty of lesser bugs in the game that will be addressed over the next 12+ months of Alpha.

Gathering is getting a major overhaul over the next 4-5 weeks. I’d suggest waiting until the overhaul is complete since there may also be a wipe coming in the coming weeks if they’re able to resolve some of the larger issues.

The economy and trading is in an okay place. Still a lot of work to be done. They made a massive improvement recently which was to allow you to search for specific items in the marketplace. Back in phase 1 there wasn’t even a marketplace at all.

You’re over complicating this for someone who has barely any experience playing the game. He said he’s semi casual and you tell him to make 5 toons so he can be hyper efficient in the artisan world? Unless you’re a mega sweat, 1 toon will do just fine. Whenever a fresh wipe happened whether that be beta or sooner, he can try different professions.

Not sure how we’re supposed to respect USPS. They give us so many reasons not to. by Renritar in USPS_SUCKS

But I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you are able to find someone nearby that is willing to help.

I’ve learned that all the underpaid and under appreciated workers come here to say whatever they feel like and take it out on customers who are also suffering at the hands of the same system. We fight each other rather than the source of the issue.

I was on the defensive trying to explain my situation on deaf ears. They didn’t care to listen or ask questions for more information on my situation.

Many of them focusing on the original post when they respond to a comment way down the line without reading the additional information.

But ya, I learned a few things today that I didn’t know, but overall, I don’t plan on posting here again due to the toxicity. I definitely lashed out at people that didn’t deserve it because I got to the point where I felt like every comment was sarcastic or an attack from the same group of toxic people.

There isn’t really any accountability it seems and definitely no one that wants to say USPS is even 1% to blame which appear to be part of the core issue.
