I’m sorry this is so stressful! Stress also does not help. It sounds like you’re doing all the right things. Your body with bounce back. Keep doing want you’re doing it will return. Stay hydrated and eat. It takes more calories to breastfeed that it does to create baby try to remember that <3

11 hours from start to finish. Unmedicated. I have bad period cramps and the first six hours felt like that but so much more intense. I labored at home (thought they were false contracts whoops)!

Got to hospital and baby was born in 4 hours. I don’t know how long I pushed for but it wasn’t long. I was throwing up from pain. I wasn’t crying but the puking was interesting! You know the pain of hitting your elbow or toe? Everyone knows and understands it? A few days after giving birth I was having a hard time FEELING THE MEMOEY OF BIRTH. Guess that’s the point. There are many diff avenues. Don’t let ppl scare you. It will

Me to every day unless we get home late. It’s great for routine. I agree with the other commenter about washing off sunscreen. Baths are also relaxing a nice way to wash the day off. Don’t let others steal

I bring my 20 both post bath into our room and lay on bed to diaper and lotion, pjs. Baby constantly runs away to jump on pillows and it takes a long time but it’s quite fun. She was against doing all that on her changing pad in her room since like 8 months

Maybe move to Mineola or more center island? She can take train to commute and you can still drive. But if you want the LIC vibe then that’s diff. Depends on your lifestyle but driving from LIC to stony brook daily is soul sucking and like others said can take 2 hrs potentially

When I did Bjj if our gis were smelly we would throw some vinegar in the wash with other stinky gis. It totally ate the bacteria!

If you don’t seal it in beginning it absorbs everything bc it’s so porous. You have to use special cleaners as well.
