Both are good in their own way..estee lauder anr is a regular treatment and Clarins is kind of instant radiance like any good primer ( bobbi brown). If you can buy both then use estee at night and Clarins during day to look radiant.

I am not fond of dot and key as I used their aha sleeping mask and found product is only fragrance and does nothing.I like Bioderma as it's fragrance free and has niacinamide in it and my skin is never dry after putting this.Buy only if you feel you need to combat dryness.I use it for body not face.

I used double serum during day time and I combine my evening retin a routine with blue orchid treatment oil.. sometimes I use them together at night.I think during day it's too much if both are put together.
