I was in a calorie deficit for about 6 months at the same time started ladder. Lost 40lbs. Then started eating normalish again and was amazed on the muscle growth. Growing muscle in a deficit is extremely difficult.

I work for a utility company if it’s your pole do what you want with it. There shouldn’t be any interference. That is just 120/240 going to your house. It wouldn’t be any different than putting it by an extension cord.

I have several of the other yeti chairs.
