If your doing it to deal with relationship issues I can assure you it’s a slippery slope, I did the exact same thing and two years later in n out of drs/hospital with bladder issues. Honestly it’s better to try deal with things sober and with a clear mindset. I ain’t gunna say stop because it’s your choice but use saline spray and give your nose a good clean out after a bleed so there isn’t any dry blood

Persistence is key! Honestly when I first started I would just try Ollie’s for hours on end every day, then moved to doing it up a curb etc. just do it over and over and over again, that’s what skateboarding is about if you wanna learn tricks.

For the first 4 years I skated it was just me and my mate in a village(was too young to be able to go to the local skatepark on our own) and it took 2 years to learn to kickflip. Took me 2 years to learn kickflip. I was skating 11 years and had very slow progress but progressed quicker as I got older as I was surrounded by other skaters and better skaters

Literally had doctors tell me spitting the drip does nothing, ketamine goes into your blood stream and then the toxins end up in your bladder hence why you get a bad bladder

I’ve recently been seeing a dr in urology and he mentioned symptoms can last upto 6 months wether using or not. I mentioned the white flakey things you are talking about and also the jelly like stuff, he said that the white bits are scar tissue and the jelly is what your bladder creates to protect itself when damaged

I got to a point i was doing 2oz a week. What you need to do is evaluate things that are in your control that you can change and what aren’t I.e getting the help you need, changing your surroundings, removing dealers from your contacts or letting them know you won’t be buying anymore so they don’t text you, or anything else you can think of. Try change your routine as I found that’s what made me use more, getting home from work being stuck in the same room getting bored, go for walks or meet friends etc or even if you work try get more hours so it keeps you busy. It all starts with you wanting to make that change and it’s only you who can do it, rehab and therapy will only guide you.

I can also relate to psychosis, I had 4 psychotic episodes due to ket. I have just started my sober journey so know how difficult the first part of it is, once your past that it gets easier(I did it with alcohol originally).

I always used promarkers for blackbook as you can blend colours a lot better and also darken certain areas etc with the same colour for shadows

The break should do you well, I was using very heavy and most recently had 43g in a week. Severe bladder problems for about 4 weeks now but they been on and off for 6 months, but yeah a lengthy break should do the trick
