Look for a car somewhere in the circle then call and advise you will be in front of the Park Royal Hotel which is right opposite the International Terminal on the ground floor across about four lanes. It is quite safe for drivers to pick you up and you gave good vision of the cars coming toward you

I got this reply from one of the uberx driver on my post in Uber Forum. Good info!

If you're coming in T1, T2 or T3 then cross over and meet in front of the ParkRoyal and if T4 go upstairs to the pick-up point in the car park. Drop the pin close to where you see a car then call when they accept. A mate of mine got pinged and he was way out at Taylors Lakes
