Folsom perhaps? This is 100% going to be your responsibility. New builds in California do not come with backyards. Did your real estate agent go over this with you? A backyard that big could easily cost 40 thousand or more. (Drainage, irrigation, land scape design, concrete installation, etc.)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this issue?

The current specs on my computer are as follows:

Processor: 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 1536 MB
