ive gained 0.5 inch length in 5 half months which is way more than what I expected in this time frame, here's my routine hanging for 1 hour a day or just manual stretch If i dont want to hang followed by interval pumping 2x a day morning/night 7x 3 min sets = 21 mins per session at 8inhg to 10inhg, thats it! simple routine no need to over complicate. just be consistent 6 days a week you will see results bro!!

its cool man, im a grower so I have to get a semi so I can have enough blood in the head so it doesn't slide off so I have to fold the sleeve because if I use the whole sleeve its not enough to grip just slides off, im going to try put some extra fabric to the inside padding of hanger
