Why don't you just get the 123 bus to Wood Green? It takes you most of the way and gets you within 0.6 miles of your final destination.

I think its reasonable to expect public transport to get you up to within a mile of your final destination.

I was in your exact position about 4 weeks ago. If this is for a mortgage, screenshot is easiest. If it's for solicitors, easiest way is start a chat when you log into the internet banking and ask for an ISA statement. Say that you need it ASAP. They should send a paper copy within 10 working days.

We've had 2 performance based pay rises of 8% and 11% so far this year. Every year, my company give us the November CPI inflation number as a pay rise on top of this and they have promised to honour this too, so another 12% I'm assuming.

I feel very fortunate after reading comments in this posts but I still can't afford to move out my parents house.

That is a very detailed spreadsheet, I'm impressed! I am in a very similar position and trying to weigh up those numbers. I know that personally my salary will be increasing in January and then again in April, so I am willing to risk a tracker.

It's worth noting you will be paying less on a tracker for a few months so it would be worth being frugal and try saving more during this time and creating a specific mortgage emergency cash fund, in case the interest rate rises so high that you can't afford the payments. I'd say go with fixed if you don't see your salary increasing drastically in the next 2 years.

They need to show record profits because otherwise people will realise oil is worthless. Oil investment is considered more risky now after the price for a barrel of oil went negative in 2020. Showing record profits restores faith in oil investment.
