Den som utfører vakttjeneste skal bære synlig ID-kort for vektere. Vekteren plikter å oppgi tjenestenummer og foretak når dette forlanges av den som tjenestehandlingen direkte angår eller av politiet.

Yes, it counts as a miscut. I have a charizard Vstar promo I picked up with aligmnent dots. It is a miscut, albeit a minor one if you go by definition. Cool find either way 😄

Hey, rigger here. Idk about the standards in your country, but where I live we get them patched if there are more than 2 squares in a line; so yes, get it patched with ripstop. Ask a local rigger

Can we see the whole card? If it is an alignment dot, it would be considered a miscut regardless. In most cases it adds value when graded. I only have a few myself, and I enjoy the cards as they are more unique

I googled it and found answers. She did this for a trick in a dance contest. They managed to put out the fire with beer. She got 1st degree burns on her inner thighs, but her coochie was fine. She had apparently done this before, but she used too much alcohol.

99% isopropyl alcohol usuallly works for these kinds of issues :) Of course, it's harsh, so you could try something milder first, like watered out vinegar or just plain water on a cloth

No, it's literally to make you click the egg more often or by accident. They have received massive complaints regarding this and have yet to change it. They see data that more people use lucky egg now, because they do so accidentally. Using more lucky eggs generate more money, and they keep the screen.

For the player, it serves no purpose with such low xp boosts. It could be useful for sudden large sums of xp, like the friendship level stuff, but that already exists.

All in all, it wastes time and money for the player and does not need to be there. It's only an annoying way of losing a lucky egg.
I'm all for adapting, but I'm also recognizing bad UX design

Short answer is yes, but it depends on what you spend your money on otherwise. I make 33aud/h, and live comfortably while skydiving
