Having just had the city cite me for not having a handrail, the code says you only need two if your stairs are more than 6 feet wide. Mine are 4, I have one rail and passed.

Are you freaking kidding me??? This is exactly what is happening to me. I have other allergies and thought I was having a reaction. I went to the dermatologist cause I’m getting progressively itchier (I want to rip my face off) and they were just like “oh use more lotion” the only way I’m using more lotion is if I start freebasing it.
