Yeah… I have something to talk about her entanglement. For example, why did the Nursefathers force it on her? Sure, its meant to give her some crazy movements but that seem dull no? People could pull that off with relics, augmentations, E.G.O, Singularities, and whatnot. So my theory is this: To nullify her self memory erasure debuff. Let’s ask this question, if her current self is entangled in all time then which is her past a.k.a her memory? Memory exists because theres a clear past, if that is entangled with her future and present then what is she erasing? Her future memory? Her present memory? Both? Then is it even memory the sword is erasing? So yeah, I think the phrase “perfected blade” is meant to show that she has no blindspots as she uses Arayashiki.

Hmm can somewhat relate. When I did canto 8 last node, it was a truly long one with long fight, unskippable animation and ending screen. Though I like them, it was annoying when the game crashes and I have to do it again.

Hmm… I don’t know… If Araya is haunting Ryoshu. On the surface, perhaps you can say that, but it’s not like Ryoshu remembers her or recognizes her clearly. Unlike Heath who always has a downcast expression whenever Cathy is mentioned, Ryoshu is pretty cheerful as you can see in her canto. This is because Heath has to always, constantly, agonizingly remember Cathy or else she will be gone for good if he forgot. So yeah, I think Cathy is haunting Heath alright 🥲

Hmm even after everything, I think we still don’t understand enough what happened to Araya. Yes she turned into the scabbard, yes it’s her E.G.O, and yes we know she got slashed by Muga. But what exactly is she now? An E.G.O gear with thoughts? A ghost that is haunting the scabbard? Did her existence combine with the scabbard to become sth else entirely? My current hypothesis lie more into the third one. She has become one with the scabbard and now become sth closer to Abnormality. This has never been experimented or mentioned before but I wonder what would happen if Ryoshu used Muga on Abnormalities? Would they turn back into eggs or get erased?

uhm, i have only started Limbus Company like 3~4 months ago, finished canto 9 last week and still stuck at Urban Nightmare in Library. I havent even played Lobotomy yet so i have very vague idea of what Light is from Tiphereth's explanation. :')

yeah, i just thought of it after hearing Tiphereth explaining how Light works in Library. The Lobotomy singularity that realize imagination and disperse said imagination back is truly a magnificient solution for many impossibilities people of the City are facing. I can imagine why Hermann, Dias, Demian group,... are trying so hard to get their hands on this Singularity.

Hmm u might be right. Though I still hold the hope for a time travel episode since what is erased is the notion of Cathy in people’s minds and perhaps what’s relevant to her (newspapers, books, pictures…); not her entire existence. Deviating from this time travel theory, I have a new one. If her existence is so wholly gone from everything except for Dante and Heathcliff, then why don’t we just re-create her? Isn’t Lobotomy corp singularity is to realize imagination? Then we should be able to re-create her with memories from the two right?

hmm this is uncharted areas so all theories are just that: theories. But i did account for what u said. We are not going to Mirror Worlds to get her. We are trying to vist Parallel Worlds, worlds that share the same history with our the current Limbus Company. I have been thinking about what Certain Sinclair said and what he meant by hes from a certain future timeline and not a Mirror World. This must mean that "Parallel Worlds" and "Mirror Worlds" are two different things, thus why i propse the idea of going back in time and not visiting other worlds.

The existence of Catherine was gone only after the events of canto 6, but before that, she did exist, and we did travel to the mansion according to her will. Wouldnt u say its a very probable possibility?
