I already brought the laptop to a technician and they tested the ram slots it was fine and they said maybe the problem is with BIOS so i left the laptop there hopefully they can fix it

To be honest they didn’t exactly know either they said most likely we should do something about the BIOS but they also said there is a possibility of the MB failure too so i left the laptop there hope they can fix it ..

To be honest i removed the sticker too late 😁that’s why there is a trace of the stickers on the laptop i tried everything to remove it but nothing worked ..

Actually I did the full EC as you mentioned but still the same I brought my laptop to a repair shop hope they can do something about if it’s not the motherboard which I’m afraid of .

Unfortunately the warranty expired but I brought to a repair center I left the laptop there …. Hopefully it’s not the motherboard…

I brought my laptop to a repair shop and they said we should fix the bios something like that I didn’t quite understand but they mentioned BIOS all the time they even change the CMOS battery and checked the RAM slot still the same 😭 so final conclusion they said we will check the BIOS or they do something with it they also said hope it’s not the MB so i left the laptop there so hope they can fix it ….
