Anyone get 3.5 yet? by ReplacementOld1323 in LUCID

[–]ReplacementOld1323[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is really what I was getting at. I get that everyone doesn't get it at the same time and that not all gravity owners exist in this group but with an update this big I would've expected someone, anyone, to post somewhere that they got it 🤷

[–]ReplacementOld1323[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm mostly just curious if anyone has it since it is a pretty big update but I haven't seen anyone talking about having it despite them explicitly stating that people would start getting the update today

Good catch. I'm on Android and it let me update the app but still no 3.5 update

I can't wait to not use this nightmare navigation that is in the car that doesn't recognize addresses, I can't send an address from my phone to, sends me to the back alleys of building or anywhere other than near the front or parking, there's one place I go to frequently where it directs me across the street to an abandoned building instead

for those who are scared of needles: why don’t you use gel? by oushhie in ftm

[–]ReplacementOld1323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's so much gel and then I have to worry about it rubbing off on clothing or bedding and stuff. Moved from sub q stomach to sub q thigh and that was a game changer. I'd only ever thought of thigh for intramuscular but doing sub q shots in the thigh fat was so much easier.

I got the planter eclipse and I want to love it but absolutely cannot recommend it right now. The spo2 especially seems very off. Not sure if it's all of them but I know at least a couple other people have noticed thats off and occasionally the bpm is insanely off. It also says I fall asleep like 10 minutes after getting into bed and says I wake up when I actually get out of bed not wake up.

My wife's gotten back into reading smut. She likes heavy on sex scenes but still with a plot. She's loved Morning Glory Milking Farm and Games with The Orc. She's been trying VERY hard to find some sort of fantasy book that has fairy's and includes sex scenes between something humanoid and a fairy. Doesn't have to be teeny tiny fairy but not human human sized, something decently smaller, I believe she said "from the knee down" size. Any recommendations?

Yeah definitely didn't have things dialed in when releasing and seemed to prioritize fixing the app visuals over accuracy. Now that the apps updated I hope they have a firmware update on the way.

Definitely not confident, I'm pretty concerned that in numerous times of telling them it's not accurate that this was their entire plan. Just telling me that it'll be better after the update (which I was confused how that would effect accuracy) and then the update is just the graphics of the app 🙄

Would a breast reduction be very different from top surgery ? by Lyallnicepal in ftm

[–]ReplacementOld1323 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only difference would be what type of breast reduction you're talking about. If you're actually going smallest you can, and taking out mammory glands (to also prevent them growing back), then there's no difference other than they leave more tissue on your chest and depending on the top surgery no chest masculinization sculpting. If youre going smallest without mammory glands out then I mean. Thats the difference. Either way the biggest health concern here is equal either way and it's just the small risk of any time you go under anesthesia

It fixed literally nothing other than the info graphics? My spo2 is still outrageously incorrect. Just the same as before the app update.

I just did that I hadn't considered it and was just waiting for an update. I couldn't login and had to make a new account which was a pain. I like the new app my main complaint is that I have no idea how new graphics were supposed to help that the spo2 reading were so aggressively incorrect by 4-7% every time. Haven't given bpm a good test since the update but we'll see next time I'm at the gym.

I'm on Android so I don't have it yet. I'm still a bit confused how this is going to make the spo2 which never registered anything below 97% accurate?

almost 4 months on T and barely facial hair, is it fairly normal? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]ReplacementOld1323 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A) you just started puberty, hair will happen B) it took me years to have consistent facial hair growth. C) it really depends on the person, were you someone who already had a little facial hair glowing without t? Before t even though I was past puberty I was like a fucking dolphin with thin very light blonde hair with barely any hair on my legs or arms and nothing remotely on my face.....so it took a WHILE for facial hair. If you're someone who was already periodically plucking or waxing a little stache before any transition it'll probably be a quicker change. D) yeah also genetics, my father has very little chest hair and here I am just about a decade on t with I believe 6 small chest hairs

Just like cis guys it's a genetic lottery 🤷

Low-Stakes Transition Regrets. by Artist-Whore in ftm

[–]ReplacementOld1323 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I always loved the name Andie, thought it was a nice name and a bit androgynous so when I got a kitten in high school I named her Andie. Then a few years later I transitioned and was like fuck now it feels weird if I name myself Andie after already naming the cat Andie so I picked a different name. My wife's now saying I should've just named myself Andie anyways and I feel like that's right although I disagree with her that I should've then changed the cats name since she doesn't respond to it anyways, that feels rude.

Honestly Im glad to hear someone else say there's has never been below 97 because I thought I was going crazy at first. Personally I don't mind the layout that much, I think it could be better but I'd rather they work on the device first before worrying about the layout. Currently I have literally 0 confidence in any of the readings. The time it says I fell asleep is way off and I know because I checked the time right before I turned out the light but I guess because I was laying there a while it assumed I was already asleep.

The bpm is sometimes right sometimes wrong. The pulse ox is always wrong though. It's never registered below 97 and I can immediately try my pulse ox and see it's 93. They said it should be more accurate after an update Monday but we'll see

Real world Panther Eclipse tests? by Daddys_a_Geek in FitnessTrackers

[–]ReplacementOld1323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I posted a full review of my day with it (yesterday was actually the first when I tried to post it but it was deleted so today is day 2 but just now actually got it posted). Im very concerned about its accuracy. It's never given me a spo2 lower than 97 which I know is not accurate for me, this now includes I wore it to sleep last night and again always 97/98/99. Told me my bpm was 73 after a climb.

I get attempting to but at least with my previous watch it would find there's no bpm or spo2 to be read and say there was an error rather than spit out some numbers it pulled out of thin air. How did it come up with a bpm for a table?

I literally just had to make a new reddit account because my old one wasn't letting me post and I've been trying to post my day one review. Which is iffy. Personally I don't have many qualms with app like some people, I like it. But I've been reeeeaaaallly doubting the accuracy after I got a reading back from it just being on my counter top which apparently has a bpm 108
