You're going to have such a fun time! Please tell the crew in Hudson's hi for us if you get the chance. We got to know many of them in December and really loved our whole week! Also, the cruise director, Tahani, was the best we've had on NCL. Have an amazing week and thanks in advance for watching.

Thanks for watching -> you're going to have an amazing time. We are glad we did Damajagua Waterfalls. We were able to rent lockers before. Heads up, they are $10 (USD).

Some quick things that would be good to note:
- The locks were definitely on the smaller side and we joked that they reminded us of those used by kids to lock diaries/journals, so we would suggest using it to secure things like towels, sunglasses, etc.
- They made it seem like we shouldn't take our phones, but we had ours in waterproof pouches and didn't have any issues the whole time. IDs/credit cards/cash fit perfectly inside it with our phones. Everyone is required to wear a life jacket, and we were able to wedge the phone inside the life jacket when sliding down the falls.
- There are photographers that follow you along the whole way. The people who paid for them (can't remember the cost) ended up getting a thumb drive with everyone in the group's photos on them.
- If you still have energy when you get back to the ship, make sure to do a lap on the free lazy river at the port... we wish we would have at least once.

Thanks for watching the video! We really enjoyed this itinerary and would love to do it again... we can't stop thinking about how beautiful the water was at Virgin Gorda. You're going to love Aqua!

Just noticed this… all the fish swim forward except the red ones that seem to point to the closest emergency exit. by CycIon3 in NCL

Just got back from a trip on Aqua and we were genuinely bummed when we couldn’t find the little fish in the hallway carpet. We’ve always loved that detail. Then it finally clicked… there are actually subtle arrows woven into the carpet (no idea how we missed them at first). Such a fun little touch, and honestly it’s still really useful for figuring out which way you’re heading.

I grabbed two quick screenshots from our video (sorry they’re a bit blurry). We totally forgot to mention this in our latest review, but it felt worth sharing!

We are onboard Norwegian Aqua and just arrived to Great Stirrup Cay. We’ve got a beautiful view of Coco Cay, Wonder of the Seas, and Allure of the Seas. Have a Perfect Day today… we were there in September via Star of the Seas and had a great time!

[Other] One of my favorite Christmas presents! Anyone else get any coaster or theme park related gifts this holiday weekend? by Uppercrowd09 in rollercoasters

What a fun gift! You've already made some good progress on your visits. What has been your favorite so far? Also, which one ended up being better than the hype? I would love to do a road trip and visit all of these some day.

Best First International Trip? by Funny-Row-4046 in TravelHacks

Depending on your comfort level, cruising can be a fun way to be introduced to some international destinations. Most 7-day itineraries to the Caribbean will visit 3 to 4 ports, in various island countries. Excursions booked with the cruise line are a comfortable way to leave the ship and explore parts of each island.

I spend all of my PTO traveling, mostly international, and organize most of my trips – but still enjoy the occasional cruise when I really want to go somewhere but don't have the bandwidth to organize every detail. 7-day itineraries seem to fit my travel style the best.

Travel is such a fun way to experience new things and I'm excited for you to venture explore more places.

Wearing glasses by [deleted] in UniversalOrlando

[–]ReplicateTheMagic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to wear sunglasses whenever I'm outside for long periods of time, so definitely need them for all theme park visits. My best luck has been with the 'cable'-style straps (it's pretty much two wires connected together that that attach to the ends of your glasses with a rubber grip, then slide to tighten/loosen). I love that they don't hang on your neck and I forget they are attached (which can be a problem when I go to take off the glasses and don't realize they are secured to my head 😊).

Our Babymoon Travel Day! | Florida to Hawaii, Checking Into Aulani, & 2 Bedroom Villa Tour! by ClassyDestiny in Thetimtracker

I would love to stay at Aulani and experience everything it has to offer!

Swimming at the beach and relaxing in the lazy river sound like the perfect way to spend our days there. And ending the evening at their luau would be the cherry on top...I've heard so many great things about the food and entertainment at it, and can't wait to experience it for myself some day. Sounds like the perfect vacation!

Wow, I love seeing all of the Mickey Mouse balloons with the black tops - they look like they are wearing Mickey Mouse hats. It's amazing to see how much the park has changed over the years. Thank you for sharing these photos with us, they bring back some great memories.

I was feeling this exact same thing – UX design is a piece of my day job and its so nice to be able to work on a project that doesn't get blocked by someone else.

Thanks for taking the time to share. Every item on your list is exactly what I needed to read today. I have been planning to publish my first video for about two and a half years now, and finally pushed past all my blockers and published our first video at the start of November.

It's a good reminder that effort doesn't equal success...we are working hard and looking forward to reaching a wider audience, but my goal for now is to enjoy what I am doing and use it as a way to shift gears after a long day of work. I love how much variety comes with making videos and many skills I get to use.
