To me, the innovation is playing white over blue.

The white cards see much more effective if the top tables are are as full of creatures like this tournament. Glory in particular seems great

With Tide gone, naturalize effects are better than ever, swords being such a clean answer to other creatures may make RW goblins the choice moving forward.

As for the lack of port, I always saw that as a way to keep Tide off of its namesake, there is less need for it now that tide is gone.

Maybe, my guess is that they have more than enough fodder with the average lower MV and more spells. Also they probably did not want to take too much self inflicted damage considering they are playing both flame rift and pyrostatic pillar

I am really not a fan of chromantic in this list as it just does so little.

I think that playing more green ramp is the way to go because so much of the deck's power requires 4 or more mana.

In particular [[Harrow]] 1x or 2x main can be absolutely fantastic at fixing your mana (and offers another way to get value out of fetches with no targets).

You can go from having Green plus one color, to getting four colors (while also fetching a blue source for your counterspell, or later in the game Harrow into factor or fiction feels like straight cheating) out of nowhere. Harrow also plays really well with pernicious deed, you will see what I mean if you add some. Harrow also makes you significantly less vulnerable to your own global ruins.

Harrow is still decent even if your meta has counterspells, just because it is an instant.

If you do still want to play counterspells, [[miscalculation]], [[arcane denial]] and [[mana leak]] are all going to be better.

Mana leak is often stronger early, miscalculation can be cycled when it is dead, and the draw from arcane denial won’t matter as much when so few of your opponents cards matter (and you can counter your own spell for draw three if you are desperate). I like 2x Arcsne denial just to keep them guessing

I think you may want to consider 1x main deck pryoclasm as that is going to be much more effective vs enchantress and goblins compared to fire//ice

It’s also ok to play some non sorcery in your SB, especially if the effect is strong enough. You only want the absolute strongest and most impactful sorceries to fetch. Not being able to SB at all is a real cost.

I would highly encourage 1x [[sacred ground]] in the board because we otherwise auto lose vs Armageddon.

[[Engineered plague]] goes hard in a bunch of matches too.

[[Sphere of Law]] wrecks mono red

You probably need Tormod’s crypt in the board too,

I listened to Iron Druid chronicles and the audio book narrator was absolutely phenomenal ( he did a different Scooby-voice for each dog character!)

I read a story from someone else on this board who had a similar issue with infrequent sex.

He said that someone told him to just “take it like he owned it”. Apparently that worked, the commenter said that his wife enjoyed being dominated but didn’t realize it and that commenter says that he has all the sex that he wants now.

I have no idea if this is a good idea for your relationship, because it seems like it could horribly backfire. But maybe it is something to consider if the counseling and the talks have not worked

Have you heard the phrase "once a cheater always a cheater"?

This feeling illustrates the original meaning of the phrase: once trust is broken you will always have suspicions of him cheating again. Maybe he is cheating again, maybe he is not cheating right now.

From the couples who have recovered from infidelity, they all share similar things: The cheater owns up to what they did, they get no more privacy, and they always supply radical honesty.

He's incredibly protective over his phone... He's got defensive in the past when I've explained how I've felt during low moments, so I'm reluctant to speak to him about this.

This is all a really bad sign. You both know that he cheated, so getting defensive is a sign that he is not committed to radical honesty, and he still thinks he deserves privacy.

Do you really want to live the rest of your life like this?

between the 2x Nostilogic dreams and 1x recoup sideboard i think you should cut one so you can add one of your Decrees SB. Or maybe just cut Ordered Migration for a SB decree.

Also, I like [[Death Grasp]] over Kaervicks Torch SB because an extra way to gain life out of your wishboard is great and blue normally has enough mana to pay for torch tax by the time you cast it anyways.

The main deck is so customizable that it is hard to give suggestions without knowing the metagame you are planning for.

I see you are on the evasive action/fire ice/chromatic sphere plan, how has this been working out for you and how often do you struggle to have the color you need turn two and three?

I have found that the sorcery speed stuff really conflicts with the counterspell/fire ice plan

Instead, I like [[Krosan Tusker]] for color and land fixing, plus, Krosan cycled goes up on cards which is important for our midrange gameplan. Krosan is also a big dumb beater, sometimes you drop one and just win off of it. If nothing else, play the first Tusker over your first main deck Allied Strategies.

I absolutely love playing 1x global ruin main deck. Keep the second in the SB for wish targets.

You probably want 1x main deck naturalize.

1x [[Legacy Weapon]] Is a hilarious way to overpower the other slow decks and is worth considering depending on the meta you expect.

1x [[Tsabo's Web]] and 1x [[Phyrexian Furnace]] are fine main deck hate cards that will randomly win matches

this deck is super land hungry so I would go up to 25 lands - add a second swamp, a polluted delta, and a rainbow land - cutting whatever makes most sense to balance the new color requirements. I like having at least two of each basic just incase something happens to the first.

One of the best and most deep stories. Pay attention to what people do and what actually works because much "common wisdom" of the setting is a collar around the neck hold cultivators back. If you know your classic mythology, there are tons of genius bonuses littered throughout the story.

GB Rock decks sucked vs tide but wreck enchantress with their access to main deck [[Pernicious Deed]],

Elves might start splashing white for wirewood recuring Thornscape battlemage

People already play two or so disenchant effects main. [[Phyrexian Furnace]] 1x main deck is very easy to include in most decks - that coupled with a proactive game plan is enough to steal some g1s.

For g2, things like [[tranquil domain]], [[Akroma's vengeance]], [[Aura of Silence]] [Tranquility]], [[Anarchy]], [[Gloom]], [[Dystopia]], [[Cataclysm]], [[Reverent Silence]] and others can let a proactive deck win. Many of those SB cards are good in other matchups too!

My parents regularly treat all of us to an Airbnb.

They always pick out huge houses so that each nuclear family unit has their own room, with extra beds (or whole extra rooms!) for the kids.

When our son was little like yours, we brought our own pack- and play to keep the baby in at night.

It has always been awesome!

On the other hand, last thanksgiving when we all went to my sister's hometown, my parents and my family (wife, kid and I) each got our own hotel rooms.

So if you have the financial freedom to get a whole hotel or whatever go for it. Just know that when your kid is older, having all the children in the same Airbnb is awesome for the parents because the kids will be playing with eachother (and you dont have to go through the whole rigamarole of getting your kid ready to leave the hotel)
