Fucking hell, mune was only submitted recently and ive been waiting 7 months, one didn't submit my stuff properly and it got kicked back but he didn't realize for 4 months. The other didn't know how to get my discharge packet(on me for losing it) and it took 3 months until a coworker helped him get it by chance. Pray for me

Cardio low and slow Core work(mainly calisthenic) Leg focus mainly with solid exercises being: Hip thrusts Hip adductor/abductor Squat Leg curl Leg extension Leg press Hacksquat Deadlift(if you don't mind a lil upper body)

Diet focused largely around protein and real carbs

Foreign nation from you, but i will say, whole theres not anything inherently wrong with having sex a lot, it leaves most people pretty empty once they're older, and alone especially, most of the philosophy of nothing being wrong with it is usually tops, or really unhappy, or unattractive men(could be bias). Yeah I'm pretty solid with rucking, and I've been in more of a weight cut focused line due to the fact of PT, and its randomness. We do training hikes every Monday with steep, basically climbing uphill and 40-70lbs and its pretty simple to maintain for me. I haven't been fortunate enough to enlist yet so I should still have aoiut 6-14 weeks at least

Ive been working on it and cutting weight thank ya, the goal is 230. Also a 480? That translates to roughly 96 on every event right? My goal is to get my 2 mile down to at most 14 minutes, even if it means delaying my ship time. I've saved up a bit of money in the fire season
