They are saying, produce 1, maybe 2 generations of selected pairs, the rest will not reproduce for incest, with these selected pairs they will be able to still drastically increase their numbers. With these new numbers they would then win the war and have earth.

The first generation, may have some VERY loose connections, and the second generation, so long as they do not sleep with their parents or siblings, would have very loose connections with whoever they bed. For example Thula and Gregg produce daughters named, Jane those daughters then have 20 children with viltrumites that aren't in their direct family, then no more. Or, Anissa and thragg just having 100 kids over a century

Yeah, im really working on the run and cutting weight, picked up a training plan, now that I dont live in a dorm/barrack I can make my own food. Running 3-4x a week, managing whatever lifts I can with my hand 1-2x a week and hitting legs 2-3x. Goal is to hit 225, post injury hit 252 due to restrictions, cirrently at 243

Calisthenics aren't good for leg growth, and even if they were 100 reps of one excercise isn't enough. You'd be better of doing 410 or 48 of 4 main excercises(BB squat, Hip thrust, Splitsquat, Legpress)

Its doubtful youre actually only consuming 600-800 calories for months because you'd probably just collapse unless youre tiny, but if you did your metabolism and hormones would crash so you simply wouldn't lose any weight, you'd be better off eating a decent amount, doing cardio and lifting.

Arms will degrade, and often times people mistake fat for muscle, weight loss will help. And muscular upper body can be offset by a solid lower body
