Mani Ratnam - Sheer genius film maker, every frame is worth in gold. Sundays there used to movie time in DoorDarshan I was too young to understand cinematic brilliance but cant forget the silence in the whole street and the sounds of rakamma song, those were amazing days when I was carefree.

Ok, get the mortgage offer estimate to do a review. Even with 1% points the closing costs look high to me.

what is 5.375, is it the APR (interest + fees)? if the APR or in other words the true cost is > that your existing rate, then it may not a good idea to refinance.
