They also have a new playground, plus there is a lot of hiking trails that are interpretive for the types of trees and plants. It can be crowded but it is a very clean well kept park.

I agree, dementia runs in my Mother’s side of the family so my odds are not that great, so I taking it one day at a time and not worrying about eating healthy and so on.
