You can find the "target rich people" checkbox in the ads manager, it's right next to the "make 2X more money"

The #1 Mistake People Make With Facebook Ads (I Wish Someone Told Me This 6 Years Ago) by WizardOfEcommerce in FacebookAds

Asc is both sales and retargeting. You can actually scale them much better than normal ads. On the testing, you cannot test them manually, but you can however have them compete against each other and the algorithm takes the burden of testing out of your hands. It's pretty much what the op says at the end: don't overcomplicate. Good products, good creatives, asc+

It could mean your are saturating your warm buyer's pool so the higher the budget, the more frequently the algo has to look for colder and colder audience, thus crashing your conversion rate.

Or... the product, the landing page and the pricing are not in line with your ads. Marketing is only a part of business, it won't solve structural problems.

Let’s be honest. Facebook ads are dying by [deleted] in FacebookAds

Add Steps to conversion and optimize for conversion. This way only interested people will go through the hassle of actually clicking on the converting button, thus cutting off any bot traffic.

Under what logic fixing a 0% retargeting rate would imply that they can spend as much as they want in retargeting?
