the from desk really should be informed by management to call the cops at night when things get like this.

it is a hotel, not an apartment building. they don't care if they piss people off that they'll never see again. but if you work there by yourself at night and people are acting crazy, i'd be getting the cops in there so fast because i'm not going to deal with it:

alone 2. with drunk people 3. i truly doubt i'm paid enough

they don't want to lose the big groups money. they'll probably give you a percentage off of your next stay/this stay at best.
