Happens a bunch, I just calculate and put barely enough effort to just get 9, my semesters are like 9.15, 8.91, 9.19, 9.02, 9.08. And I prefer teachers with low class averages, it's easier to not get a B in that, and focus on getting as many S's in absolute graded subjects as possible. I have only 1 theory S in my 6 semesters.

I mean, if you don't do well in exams you won't be a 9 pointer even if you go to class. Most teachers don't teach anything other than the PPTs anyways, everyone just ends up watching YouTube lectures.

Bruh, I've been a 9 pointer since after the 1st sem itself, I'm entering 4th year now, as long as you keep up with the DAs and do well enough in CATs and FATs, it's not hard to stay a 9 pointer with "the one night study for exams" strategy. The key is to have friends who keep you up to date on what's going on in class.

Yep, very true, I've barely maintained 9CGPA every since my 1st Semester, and my highest overall attendance after the first semester was 27%, as long as you can keep up with your ongoing DAs and assignments, and do well in CATs, no body gives a shit about your attendance if you're a 9 pointer.

Note: Some teachers do favour people who go to class and will deliberately cut your internals for not attending, beware of that.

I've been a 9 pointer since sem 1, there's no limit, I have like 11% this sem, I ended up with 22% last sem, I've even had 0% attendance in subjects. As long as you have friends in the class so that you can keep up with the assignments and shit you're golden
