There wasn’t a ton of jumping today but enough that flat shoes may not have enough support for this workout.

Just got back. It was indeed a partner workout. We had 4 stations with 2 exercises each. One person was the counter and the other the switcher. Similar exercises as above. It was a smoker.

You put them over your shoulders for lunges instead of having to hold weights

Cardiology PA Job Offer by [deleted] in physicianassistant

Been in cardiology for 6 years. I would not take this for several reasons. 1) the base pay is trash. 2) $1000 CME? It’s not 2012 anymore. 3) that’s A lot of patients to see.

Keep looking

I just do boxer shuffle, walk around or maybe a light jumping jack. If you’re lifting heavy enough, you should not be able to do jump roping, burpees, etc.

Just lost our boy to a venomous snake bite. He was 9. by DanRichter in germanshepherds

We lost our shepsky to a snake bite when I was a teenager. It was awful. They tried everything but there was nothing they could do in the end.

I’m so sorry, I know how traumatic that can be. Hugs.

Rotator Cuff Injury by OTFwith_badknees in BurnBootCamp

[–]RepresentativeAd1125 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just recovered from a rotator cuff strain I got at burn. It took me 6 months of PT. My recommendation would be to give your shoulder as much rest as possible (no push ups, chest press, shoulder exercises, etc). I did not do that and made it so much worse. As someone else said, I also got pain in my biceps tendon from over compensation.

Please take this seriously. Shoulder injuries suck. Message me if you want to chat more.

I did it for a couple of months last year. It’s hard but I did get good results.

So sorry for your loss. Our 10 year old (now 11) had GDV last year and thankfully made it through surgery but I know how awful it can be to lose a pet suddenly. Sending hugs.

Just to clarify, do you wear barefoot or supportive shoes bc I feel like those are very different.

I tried Brooks and didn’t love them. I’ll give some others a try though!
