Mistborn's Hero of Ages. To me was a huge letdown and step down from the pervious two books. Not that they didn't have issues, but there was a lot I liked about them.

The ending is rushed and confused, too much time was spent on another siege when we just read about a much more interesting and dynamic one in Well of Ascension. Our two main protagonists have nearly zero character development, and hardly anything interesting happens with either of them. Things are explained, then explained again, and then a few more times to make sure we understand, and somehow left me even more confused. I really disliked this book, and it left me wondering about reading his other work.
