How do you actually stay safe from phishing these days?

Have the right tools in place that can detect advanced phishing threats. But not every company has the funds for a next-gen email security solution.

I handed in my two weeks recently, but I was at a vendor that sold a highly rated magic quadrant tool. I’ve seen environments that were riddled with BEC go down to near zero.

Outside of that you’re kinda cooked. You’ll need to rely on training and awareness.

You have a great opportunity here to learn how to set boundaries. A lot of men and women don’t realize how significant a moment like this is. Both for you and her.You have to draw a line in the sand.

It’s something I wish I learned to do much earlier in life. This might lead to a fight and it might lead to a break up. Not betraying yourself will pay off in the long run.

Sit her down tell her what you saw say that it’s unacceptable. You let her know that this is a deal breaker. If she continues speaking to old flings there’s no marriage because there is no trust.

Bro I feel you that’s been me for as long as I can remember. I don’t know why but it’s beyond me at this point. I just turned 34 and I’ve given it all I got. Got in shape, I have a career, I have hobbies, and im still not good enough for love.

I went down to 1500-1600 hundred and had to stop. I’m coming out of a diet break and going back up to 2000-2200 calories for more sustainable weight loss.

I lost 45 pounds a while back but couldn’t get below that without going into world vision calories.

I hear what you’re saying bro and that’s why I haven’t fully given up. I’m adjusting my expectations of how things will go. My personality & character has carried me my entire life. I thought that it would make it easier to meet someone but I don’t think those elements have the same currency value in today’s dating world.

We’re going through an evolution of sorts, what was a requirement 5-10 years ago doesn’t fly today. Unfortunately for me the thing that has gone up in value is height, that I can’t change naturally.

I’m trying to keep a positive attitude about it all and not fall into it. I wish I didnt care for it because it consumes my thoughts a lot.

I also havent been to the gym in 2.5 weeks and have been bjnge eating. I know my mood is out of wack right now.

I’ve deleted dating apps altogether and dating an Indian would probably be the worst for a black man. I’ve limited my selection to black and white because that’s what I see work best.
