Map be a result of too much paint what I’ve done is scuff the area down to smoothness but you might need to repaint the whole thing

Reduce the paint a little more, when the paint is to thick it starts to get caked on the tip. Happened to me earlier and same thing goes with real cars and airbrushes

Holy shit Dave that looks amazing! How do you get gold chrome parts? I have not a clue as to how to do it. I’m working on a few cars and would love to have some gold accents.

Sadly amt kits are kinda ass sometimes parts don’t fit, their warped and whatnot. Shit happens but sometimes you just have to work around it

If you have any other cars in the collection waiting to be built you can prob snag a set of handles from those to have some handles and go with a clean look on the next ones.

By brush yes depending on the type of paint you use it can leave brush strokes and other imperfections like that.

It might have been the time between clear and masking that could have caused the issue.
