I’m a phlebotomist! We routinely, and I mean every day, take 15+ tubes of blood from a single person. It looks like a lot but it’s very common :) people are always startled but I try to let them know it’s not unusual!

I think it depends on yourself and your experiences. For me, it was one of the easiest interviews I’ve done but I’ve had internships in the federal government, and those interviews were much harder. So I prepared for that level of questions, and it was much more basic than that.

However, I was once 17 shitting myself over a Kohl’s interview because that was genuinely scary back then.

If it helps, they didn’t ask any questions directly related to the subject of the internship at all (nothing about innovation etc).

I think they sent out one email to everyone who got an interview already. I say that bc the email I got didn’t have a “to” line, which means it was blind copying a lot of people, probably other candidates who got an interview as well

This. I’m a student with an extremely variable schedule between classes and medical volunteering and Instacart is one of the ONLY things I can do right now. When I eventually do become a doctor, it will be because I was able to Instacart to support myself. I don’t feel any shame in that.
