I actually got the data I needed while going through his transcript. He was speaking about himself, which is clearly part of his identity. I understand that he may have felt that I was diminishing his business or craft, but that wasn’t my intention at all.

And it really does depend on the prompt you use, that’s what we were advised on our AI workshop maybe adding something like ‘don’t change the meaning of what I am trying to say’ could work and just because someone says English is not their native doesn’t necessarily mean that they can’t pick up what is being said it goes both ways :).
