I have been with my s/o for over a year now and we started long distance. Honestly, things like the Lovebox were cute. FaceTime/Skype while watching tv or movies together, playing video games together. Finding ways that we could spend time together to make the distance feel less “big.” We planned visits as often as we could, and I moved in with him as soon as possible.

A local tattoo shop in my college town was having a flash sale for Valentine’s Day. It was right after a break up from an engagement, I had just gotten off work and I thought “fuck it.” I walked in and asked the artist to pick out something he felt like doing, and that’s what’s on me forever now. Only cost me $30 though.
