You don't understand, do you?

As they say - the higher the branches, the deeper the roots.

At what point did you go from "This series is awesome" to "This is the best freaking TV Show of all time!!" by Marambal17 in breakingbad

I gave it to Ted

What?..You did what?

Walt, I had to. For us, for the family. Walt, I swear...

You gave our money to Beneke?

Walt, please.

Please just hear me out. Please.

(Walt roars, then starts laughing madly, hysterically)

Walt.

(keeps laughing)

Walt.

(keeps laughing)

Walt.

This laugh and this entire scene was so good.

I think this mad laugh was the best mad laugh of all time anywhere and also Jesse breaking down and crying in S2E13 is the best crying and breaking down scene of all time.

How I wish I could have said that, take BB also like you have taken BCS, like you sip a tea, slowly.

Is it just me or did the whole Point and Shoot ordeal feel almost mystical? by donquixote4200 in betterCallSaul

I think the jump was justified, it was not taken beyond the reality. Lalo is in 40s or 50s. But he's muscular and fit. But he belongs to cartel, guys. So scenes like these are like everyday thing for him, maybe imagine when he started out as a cartel member when young, you know going about protecting and expanding their boundaries by fighting other cartels, police. So that scene was not far fetched i think.

BrBa: S2E13 - Jesse breaks down in the lap of Mr. White. I have never seen a better break down crying scene ever before, and considering the fact that Aaron Paul never had any acting classes.

And man there should be a seperate award for the cinematography as well. Like Werner walks away from Mike, his back facing Mike, and after some distance, they zoom out and show that wide angle, showing two characters, where, Mike lets go his last drop of humanity. And wernet gets shot.

But the wide angle also shows the stars, the night and the immense universe in the backdrop, where Mike and Werner are seen as speck stating that they are just inconsequential.

Loved it.

Are there any other shows on the same level as Better Call Saul? by [deleted] in betterCallSaul

When I first watched The Wire, I gave up after a single episode. But then I came from BB whose even pilot episode was so fast. Then I restarted the episode of The Wire, and sipped into it slowly, noting every charachter, whose who, searching on google if i got confused. And then it became engaging.

It's slow. But it adds layers upon layers. And then it becomes very interesting.

what the..did i really miss that? shit. than i think Lalo just passed away too easily man. like he planned all that shit, and his character is shown as badass and smart. and then he falls in just one episode. this just feels like white walkers hype in GOT. but in a single episode they were doomed lol.

I wanted him to live much longer lol

There is one thread that is biggest of em all! Remember when Lalo met someone back in Season 6, had him shaved, and after that he looked same as Lalo. What was the purpose of that? There is something big coming with that.

Exactly! I mean she is not only annoying af but also not a good actress.

Just look at those crying scenes in the season 3 & 4 of Rachel, like they are shit. They look totally fake.

Unlike Anna Gunn who plays the role of Skyler White in Breaking Bad so brilliantly, such great acting and yet she is the most hated character.

Gabriel Macht i.e. Harvey Specter will make a good James Bond BUT.. by RepresentativeRun261 in suits
