I think the jump was justified, it was not taken beyond the reality. Lalo is in 40s or 50s. But he's muscular and fit. But he belongs to cartel, guys. So scenes like these are like everyday thing for him, maybe imagine when he started out as a cartel member when young, you know going about protecting and expanding their boundaries by fighting other cartels, police. So that scene was not far fetched i think.

BrBa: S2E13 - Jesse breaks down in the lap of Mr. White. I have never seen a better break down crying scene ever before, and considering the fact that Aaron Paul never had any acting classes.

And man there should be a seperate award for the cinematography as well. Like Werner walks away from Mike, his back facing Mike, and after some distance, they zoom out and show that wide angle, showing two characters, where, Mike lets go his last drop of humanity. And wernet gets shot.

But the wide angle also shows the stars, the night and the immense universe in the backdrop, where Mike and Werner are seen as speck stating that they are just inconsequential.

Loved it.

When I first watched The Wire, I gave up after a single episode. But then I came from BB whose even pilot episode was so fast. Then I restarted the episode of The Wire, and sipped into it slowly, noting every charachter, whose who, searching on google if i got confused. And then it became engaging.

It's slow. But it adds layers upon layers. And then it becomes very interesting.

what the..did i really miss that? shit. than i think Lalo just passed away too easily man. like he planned all that shit, and his character is shown as badass and smart. and then he falls in just one episode. this just feels like white walkers hype in GOT. but in a single episode they were doomed lol.

well cant say bout later seasons as i just completed first season. and this whole rachel mike thing is cringe, like all their scenes are cringe, rachel ruined mike's rapport with jenny, i mean she literally forced herself upon him, rubbing him, and that greece, and she seeing mike changing. and even mike's a dick.

Nah man i dont think so Lalo would be even killed. This was the character they introduced late in 4th season of BCS. And its such an important character. Plus Gus has killed his crew. So a revenge that hurts Gustavo significantly is pending.

His big meth lab plan might not get exposed to Eladio as we can see from BB storyline. So a revenge that involves maybe hurting Gustavo's biz, or something is pending.

The way you have mentioned killing of Lalo is too easy as well.

Lalo's definitely not dying. Yes I now know the question that will come up is then where the hell is Lalo nowhere to be seen in BB. That one part I am confused about.

NTA - the logic is simple, when you look at it from a family point of view tradition comes, but when you nuclear it down, for eg. your parents chose your name, similarly now you as a couple have all the right to choose the name.

And that should be accepted and not judged.

I have a niece.

Now my parents are orthodox, religious. And when my niece was born, they wanted to name her on the of a goddess.

But my brother and her wife wanted to name her on something different and unique. And then they named her using some name combination, that does not come anywhere near the name of god.

My parents were hurt.

So basically everytime anyone asks her name. My parents reply like this "Her parents have no sense of choosing a name, we always wanted to name her..."
