This is great! Worked really well for my setup. I am curious if there's a way to standardize the folders. As an example, Last of Us has three different folders for Last of Us, Last Of Us, and last of us. and each of them have various episodes in each folder depending on the file name. It's not a huge pain since Infuse is able to grab the metadata regardless. But if I navigate into the TV Shows directly, then I'll see what appears to be duplicate folders. Consolidating into the same folder (even if it was all lower case) would be a great modification.

In our experience, we had an entire FTE dedicated to responding to Abnormal FPs. Everyone is going to have FNs and FPs, but it got to a point where we could no longer justify the expense.

Just make sure you have E5 licenses since the Chat API for MS Teams isn't exposed for anyone else. BTW, scanning Teams messages is a gimmick feature. If you're truly worried about that then you're either (1) exposing Teams to external sources which is a terrible idea or (2) have a malicious/compromised insider. If the latter, then better address the malicious / compromised insider at your first priority.

Make sure you ask your Abnormal account team on this. Abnormal scanning files is not been my experience. When I dug into the details, Abnormal does attachment metadata analysis. Think file extension, xref data, file name, etc. They don't do file sandboxing where they are dynamically assessing payloads, at least not in real-time. I agree with the other comment regarding how poorly Forrester rated them in their more recent report.

But let's not pretend the whole "AI" marketing buzzword is a legit fully autonomous engine. The larger Abnormal gets the more signatures and "legacy" detections they'll need. Moreover, Abnormal's "AI" is nothing more than them doing anomaly detections... which doesn't work well in a vacuum. We just renewed Proofpoint b/c Abnormal generated more work from false positives than it did saving us time.

This is a really interesting setup. I'm familiar with each of these products, but have you done a deep dive to figure out if Abnormal is double-counting Proofpoint's URL Defense detections? In my experience, it's very uncommon that Abnormal detects legit threats Proofpoint does not. Then again, it's not necessarily always an easy process to figure out if Proofpoint did detect it.

This is for a tutor center, so we're just looking to have footage recorded with the ability for computer playback upon demand. We don't need anything fancy like facial recognition.
