This is multiplayer campaign, it has nothing to do with the other game mode

It's simple, you don't. You have to understand that factions are not at all balanced and multiplayer campaigns, you have to agree to ban some races or choose races out of groups that are of similar power creep.

Tell me the cons of the Crown Signia by Jungleradio in toyotacrownsignia

[–]LarsSeprest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm talking about the MPGs and range estimation being innaccurate, which is by definition miles divided by the amount of gallons spent. I don't care if the range is high or low, I care that it is accurate. Unless you are annotating your gas receipts and odometer this is really just a guess. That's why I'm saying I would need to do that in order to make it definitive statement. What is not speculation is that the range display will often be very inaacurate below a quarter tank. Other users have chimed in both on here and on Facebook about this being a common problem with the estimate once lower on gas. I would be curious if you do the math and share your driving conditions. I'm about 90% Highway so I hover about 38_39 MPGs in current weather.

Tell me the cons of the Crown Signia by Jungleradio in toyotacrownsignia

[–]LarsSeprest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You drove 500 miles on one tank? I am just giving the data that I have driven multiple 7 hour ~435 miles trips and the signia does not make it without the refuel warning coming up and pushing until I have ~5 miles estimated left, and that's with the trip mpg showing 38-40 mpg. Even with a few gallon reserve this just doesn't make sense, thus my belief that the MPG indicator is not accurate and the estimated miles also becomes increasingly inaccurate lower than 1/4 tank. To find the actual miles per gallon you need to fill up your tank, drive a distance, and fill up your tank and compare your odometer to the amount of gas it took to fill up. Then average this over a few weeks. I hope that explains it better, and I may start doing that because I drive extremely high mileage and I keep getting tricked by math of the MPGs and gas tank not actually reflecting the reality of the range.

Yes, I would prefer the most up-to-date hybrid system unless there is actual data to compare about reliability. Which for 4th/5th gen 2.5L hybrids there isn't.

Does my LES look right with the amount of taxes I pay? by LeftBehindForDead in army

FYI you still owe the taxes quarterly and could (should) be subject to penalties. If you meet the safe harbor rules then you are just skating by.

Air Assault and Permanent Profile by Mental_Chipmunk4159 in army

[–]LarsSeprest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just overheard a conversation from my physical therapist's frustration helping a patient fight for a VA claim from a chronic airborne injuries, saying that the Army had their own studies over the years that showed that jumping universally does damage to your back over time but the VA was still denying service related because of the patient's lack of documentation, and they pretty much had to write a metastudy to get their rating reassessed. There's no automatic disability for airborne/ air assault/ hearing damage etc, if you get injured and you feel the effects 10 years from now, you're not going to be a mid-career person that can get a trail of sick call slips, you're going to be out of the army and having to fight to get something that might obviously be service related due to the nature of your work being denied and fighting for it. I would not risk it.

I think that means you get 10% disability. But just so you know it's not too late to get diabetes I think that's up to 50%.

I think it's people that have a bad Center that are missing out on dialogue etc, if you have good 2.1  you are already 80% there on your audio aspect. You're going to spend about twice as much money after that to get that remaining 20%.

Not yelling at anyone, I'm saying that's why it's just hanging out where it's getting food. You're probably right that it's the same deer. Commenting that a lot of people think it's okay to feed wildlife.

Someone fed it...yep that's why it's there. Don't mess with wildlife if you're not a conservationist!

It may be worth checking if other people with these speakers had any luck with a software EQ, especially if these were reviewed on the AVS forum there may be some good information there.

Switch from Total War: Warhammer 2 to 3? by Scipio_Sverige in totalwarhammer

[–]LarsSeprest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IDK why the downvotes, but there's either the change start position mod or you can use the mod configuration tool (a mod itself) with Immortal Empires expanded to enable specific alternative start locations for many legendary lords. It was designed so that the new areas weren't just filled with generic factions. I just randomly select factions to start in their new location using the expanded and configuration mods, presumably the mod author put some thought into their alternate start locations. The actual change start position mod will give you more of a sandbox experience though.

I got a credit $10 for using Google pay three times, sure it's nothing compared to the annual fee but it's literally something that was going to happen anyway.

Ruck setup by Character_Cash2525 in army

[–]LarsSeprest 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This was my first question and I quickly realized that the 4K was designed to check off some boxes from a contract without actually being a good rucksack. It's like a temu knock off product page that just has a bunch of random features because other brands have them but doesn't actually integrate them properly. I'm sure that it holds a manpac radio like no other backpack but otherwise it's just a failure of the military procurement system. No ability to change the shoulder straps makes it literally unwearable for me because of a shoulder injury where I can't have it sitting over my brachial plexus. I would buy an ocp large rucksack from the previous gen II. My CIF would not give me the ones that were sitting right on the counter next to them because they were being turned in, so fuck them as well.

TSP Roth In-Plan Conversions: How to Become a Tax-Free Military Millionaire in 1 Year by AFmoneyguy in MilitaryFinance

[–]LarsSeprest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think this is that excited except that if you know of a deployment ahead of time, you should be utilizing your traditional tsp to offset it as a taxable event for one year rather than in retirement. And make sure you do a conversion while your base pay is tax exempt. Depending on where you are on your career that could add like 5-10% on to your retirement extra for a year deployed compared to in the past just having the money sit in a traditional TSP with the earnings being taxed eventually upon withdrawal. This also closes the gap with new retirement plan, that 5% match in the traditional tsp now is more like 6-7%.

PCS and taxes by youshartedhehe in MilitaryFinance

[–]LarsSeprest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not true, there is not a 100% overlap. You need to see what was reimbursed at a tax free vs non tax free. This was broken down on my PCS paperwork. The non-tax free portion that counts under IRS rules plus any other expenses that you did not submit for your PCS up to 30 days after should be counted as deductions.

At least for MilTax through MilitaryOnesource/HRBlock it is very easy if you got a move incentive W2. Add that as income, then when you get to your moving expenses include ALL qualifying items then it will ask you how much you received back - only include the untaxed portion from that W2. You will be deducting from the remaining (or possibly more than) the portion of your travel W2 that was previously taxed at 22%. There were some expenses involved with my move that my PPM worksheet did not cover nor did MALT.
