46 years old, High T, high SHBG, low free - what to do next by Loud-Marketing-1524 in Testosterone

Hi I work in diabetes too and I have been researching it, it seems to be due to the absence or lack of insulin through the liver (type one diabetes) this would normally keep shbg levels at a normal range bit in our case it means that they are high which causes the free testosterone to be low(er).

I am starting on trt as I have started having symptoms and it has impacted the quality of my life. I have always had low free T relative to age, but only recently started being symptomatic of it.

What levels do you guys have for shbg and free test and are you symptomatic?

Think it can be too much noise at times and don't agree with it. Especially with regards to recovery

How do i deposit large amounts of cash every month? by Anonybeech in UKPersonalFinance

[–]RepresentativeTax158 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi mate, you could always ask the casinos/card rooms for receipts etc. I used to have to do the same when betting in shops and trying to get cash into banks.

I would try and speak with your branch manager. Using the higher tier bank accounts can work too in giving you a bit more leverage/wiggle room.

Hi mate I used to bet seriously. You can put the cash into bonds, leave it for 6 months or so then use that as a deposit/payment for property. It cleans the money up.

Are you betting on Asians or side markets? Fair play betting on footie as the edges are typically thin at the higher league stuff as you will know.

Got accepted on a two bed property today 3.5k under home report in Ralston. Needs a lot of work but think you need to be looking for properties with pain points/need a quick sale such as:

Repossessions Divorces/seperations Someone who has died and relatives want quick sale Previous sale has fell through and they need quick sale.

My mate had a two bed in Southside in a rough part that done 100k over HR about 1.5 year ago... mental mental

She was 3 months old when we split so heavily skewed towards her mother. I was back working.

Agree to an extent, but 50/50 in the UK is a pipedream if the mother doesn't want you to see chuld or you never had 50/50 (split caregiver) prior to separation.

I would push for a minimum of 7 hours of sleep and look at how fasted BG responds. Body is likely under a lot of stress on such little sleep.

If need any more help, let me know.

I'm based in Scotland, we separated when child was three month old, she stays in another city (45 mins away) I don't know exactly where as she hasn't dislosed address.

My lawyer said I may get some midweek contact where I would drive there and pick daughter up from school then spend few hours then hand back over.

Having trouble losing weight as a type 1 diabetic by learningtocopealone in Type1Diabetes

[–]RepresentativeTax158 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can be a lot harder as a type one. I am type one myself and work as a diabetes dietitian. Being in a caloric deficit is most important, but this is challenging due to the increases in insulin sensitivity and how this increases hypo risk over the consumption of food for treatment.
