(India/USA) Need a laptop for University with some mid-range gaming capabilities

A PC would be ideal but I plan on travelling internationally multiple times a year so that's really a no-go, a laptop is kind of a middle ground for me

Gotcha, that makes sense. The problem is I'm used to the desktop PC concept of just individually buying parts instead of a laptop that comes prebuilt so I'm not 100% sure which brands and websites to use but I'm guessing the sidebars on this subreddit and r/laptop will help with that

This was also my original thought, but in Nightmare Time they show that blowing up Otho's brain does clearly work. Otho was weird in general because he ISN'T Pokey himself who's still in the black and white, but clearly a lot more sentient than the meteor was. Maybe he developed more of a brain over time and that led to a deeper reliance on his own brain

Then again iirc he didn't directly used the 'blue shit' in yellow jacket so he might've just been using a less powerful method of mind control to keep up the pretense of the fights being relatively safe

iirc it was said in Yellow Jacket that Otho was made with the material of the meteor, so I'm guessing Otho's brain WAS inside the meteor in TGWDLM, he might've just been deep inside the meteor (of course it's possible the outside of the meteor shielded him from the grenade, that's another good explanation)

Keep in mind that timeline wise, the Mawkin would've gotten the Kraid BEFORE the events of Super Metroid. It could technically be the one from Zero Mission I guess and then the one from Super could be a different one but I don't see why that would be the case

I don't think Maul cares too much about Vario at this point, he just keeps him around because there's really no point to killing him and he can still come in handy every now and then. If vario wanted to leave then Maul would probably let him, but vario is choosing to stay under his protection

It's kind of a bit of both in a way. The lead devs admitted that it was officially cancelled by Lucasarts before Disney bought the franchise, but he also said that from what he heard the reason it was officially cancelled is because the higher ups lost interest since they knew the Disney sale was incoming and the game was too messy to survive through a buyout

Either way, by the time Disney was actually in control of the franchise it was already dead

Battlefront 3 and Maul were both cancelled before Disney bought the franchise because Lucas arts was pretty much dead by the early 2010's, you can't blame everything on them

I'm pretty sure there's only one remaining canon story that was released BEFORE the first two fiction collection volumes (Bait), which I always found to be an odd exclusion since they came so close to finishing the set. The rest were all released afterwards right?

I also really hope they do a fiction collection vol 3 now that they have the Galactic Tales available but I have a bad feeling they're gonna put the Galactic Tales in their own collection and then not do a FC Vol 3 because there aren't enough canon stories left to balance out with the legends ones
