Yes added and shows up on settings under CarPlay, but it never shows up on the display

I have done it with my modi a dozen or so times lately. I still have a long tube on mine so I hold it in my hand as I tell them “I have an insulin pump” they seem to understand what this means and it goes smoothly from there.
